Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to WebSnapAPI. By purchasing credits, subscriptions, or usage tokens, you agree to this policy.

This policy is strict by design due to the nature of on-demand API usage.

1. No Refunds on API Usage

All API usage is non-refundable. Once a screenshot request is processed, consumed credits, renders, or usage units cannot be reversed or refunded.

2. Prepaid Credits & Tokens

  • Prepaid credits and tokens are final and non-refundable
  • Unused credits do not qualify for refunds
  • Credits may expire if stated at purchase time

3. Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • Partial refunds are not provided for unused time
  • You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges

4. Failed or Invalid Requests

Requests that fail due to invalid URLs, blocked hosts, DNS issues, misconfiguration, or user error are still counted as usage and are not refundable.

5. Service Interruptions

Temporary outages, degraded performance, or maintenance windows do not automatically entitle users to refunds.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • WebSnapAPI charged you in error due to a billing system fault
  • A duplicate payment was processed

Any such refund is issued at our sole discretion.

7. Abuse & Policy Violations

Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, violation of terms, or prohibited use are not eligible for refunds.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in immediate account suspension and permanent loss of access.
